The 8AC122.60-2 serves as an essential link for precision motion profiles. It translates a single-turn absolute rotor position into highly accurate data that the ACOPOS main drive requires for real-time motor commutation and position loops. The module is designed to slide cleanly into any of the available option slots on an ACOPOS drive chassis. Upon system startup, the ACOPOS operating system automatically identifies the module. Because standard resolvers lack onboard parameter chips (unlike newer digital EnDat variants), motor and resolution characteristics must be configured manually within the PLC project tree rather than read automatically.
