8. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share the courier tracking ID via WhatsApp and Email.
Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the shipment until delivery.
9. Guest Checkout

10. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returned products must:

- Include the original invoice
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
