Shipping Policy

• We deliver products across India using trusted courier partners such as BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, Shree Maruti, Anjani, Mahaveer, and Trackon.
• Based on our shipping experience, BlueDart and DTDC usually provide faster and safer deliveries.
• Dispatch Time: Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Most shipments are delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location. Remote locations may take slightly longer.
• Order Tracking: Once the order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via Email / SMS so you can track the shipment in real time.

Returns & Refund Policy

• We offer a 15-day return policy for eligible products from the date of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
• Returns are accepted only in cases of:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Transit damage
• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• For international customers, return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
